About Us
Interplex Etch Logic was established following the acquisition of the metal chemical etching division of Texas Instruments, considered by many to be the world's leading reel-to-reel chemical etcher and is located in Attleboro Massachusetts. Interplex Etch Logic has developed many new and innovative applications for automotive, telecom, connector, filtration and medical metal components. The company's proprietary reel-to-reel technology creates etched precision metal components with very close tolerances and a high level of repeatability and consistency, outperforming competing technologies such as panel etching.

Insert Molding for Etched Parts
Etch Logic’s reel-to-reel etching capabilities provide an ideal opportunity to use continuous reel-to-reel insert molding processes as well.
Metal Etching Complex Features
Interplex Etch Logic highly repeatable reel-to-reel etching process allows customers to design burr-free, precision metal components with ultra fine pitches, intricate shapesand 3-D feature profiles using chemical or photo etching, which unavailable using traditional metal stamping processes.
Plating Finishes for Etched Parts
Many etched parts require a plated finish. Etch Logic’s reel-to-reel etching capabilities provide an ideal opportunity to use continuous reel-to-reel plating processes as well.
Rapid Prototyping
Design and manufacture of prototype tooling for stamped metal components as well as short run volumes. On site reel-to-reel chemical etching and modular secondary tooling minimizes lead time and reduces overall time to market for our customers.
Reel-to-Reel Chemical Etching - Chemical Stamping™
Since Interplex's Chemical Stamping™ is done on long continuous reels, part size may be up to 8 inches wide and up to 1500 feet in length!
