Interplex Nascal Acquires Production Assets


Tustin, CA – May 27, 2009. Interplex Nascal, Inc., a manufacturer of precision metal stampings, electromechanical components and assemblies and a division of Interplex Industries, Inc., announced today that it has acquired certain production assets and equipment from a California-based company in support of a new long-term supply agreement with Samtec Inc.

"We are excited to have obtained this technology and productive capacity to support the expansion of our relationship with Samtec," said Jim Martellotti, Interplex Nascal's President. "With this acquisition we have enhanced our capability to produce bandolier wire terminals and have improved the efficiency of our operations for this important customer."
