The company operates out of two facilities in Tustin, California.
Interplex Nascal's wide breadth of stamping expertise ranges from custom metal forming and metal joining processes such as in-die assembly, tapping and welding, nano-size pins and sockets, micro-stamping, bandolier pins
and terminals, screw machine part conversions, to zero gap and controlled gap IDC connector applications. In terms of molding, Interplex Nascal performs insert and injection molding of interconnect components and assemblies, and packaging solutions.

In-house tooling capabilities include grinding and Wire EDM techniques to produce carbide and steel as well as ceramic tooling designed to meet exacting specification.
: Interplex Nascal has over 30 stamping presses ranging from 10 tons to 100 tons. The equipment includes Bruderer, Ing-Yu, Yamada Dobby and V&O presses.
Insert and Injection Molding:
Interplex Nascal utilizes Arburg molding machines ranging from 35 - 170 tons.
Medical Interconnect and Cable Assembly:
Interplex Nascal designs, develops and manufacturers medical interconnects and cable assemblies in-house as part of its vertically-integrated medical strategy.
