Interplex Nascal possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the design and manufacture of complex, high-speed tooling meeting extremely tight tolerances and specifications.
Interplex Nascal's wide breadth of stamping expertise ranges from custom metal forming and metal joining processes such as in-die assembly, tapping and welding, nano-size pins and sockets, micro-stamping, bandolier pins and terminals, screw machine part conversions, to zero gap and controlled gap IDC connector applications.

- Tooling: In-house tooling capabilities include grinding and Wire EDM techniques to produce carbide and steel as well as ceramic tooling designed to meet exacting specification.
- Metal Stamping: Interplex Nascal has over 30 stamping presses ranging from 10 tons to 45 tons. The equipment includes Bruderer, Ing-Yu, Yamada Dobby and V&O presses
