Since 1969 Interplex Nascal, Inc., has been a leader in the manufacturing of precision stamped product for the connector, electronic and telecommunications industries. The company operates out of two facilities in Tustin, CA.
Interplex Nascal possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the design and manufacture of complex, high-speed tooling meeting extremely tight tolerances and specifications.
Interplex Nascal's wide breadth of stamping expertise ranges from nano-size pins and sockets, micro-stamping, screw machine part conversions, to zero gap and controlled gap IDC connector applications.
SUMMARY OF SERVICES FOR INTERPLEX NASCAL:
- Tooling: In-house tooling capabilities include grinding and Wire EDM techniques to produce carbide and steel as well as ceramic tooling designed to meet exacting specification.
- Stamping: Interplex Nascal has over 30 stamping presses ranging from 10 tons to 45 tons. The equipment includes Bruderer, Ing-Yu, Yamada Dobby and V&O presses
