Interplex NAS Electronics GmbH was founded in 1982 and is located in Heilbronn, Germany, supporting the Automotive, Electronics and Telecommunications industries with solder bearing lead frames and the suitable equipment to attach the lead frames to PCB's/substrates and solder bearing connectors.
Interplex NAS Electronics offers turnkey solutions from product concept, design through production cycle for parts that incorporate electronic circuits, modules, hybrids and multi-chip modules. As an interconnection technology solution, Interplex offers patented lead-frame technology of 'ca solder bearing leads.
Interplex's solution is enhanced by offering various stages of processing enhancements using Interplex designed assembly and soldering equipment. Interplex's equipment includes manual tools, semi-automatic lead frame insertion and soldering systems to fully automatic machines with selective soldering and handling systems.
In order to minimize the investment costs and production time, Interplex also offers the following services : Lead frame assembly and soldering on customers pre-populated PCB's/substrates; Tape and reel assembly and packing service to load the carrier tape pockets with finished multi-chip modules, hybrids, PLCC - and LCC circuits.
