Utilizing fully-automated, computer-controlled electronic and hydraulic presses ranging from 22 tons to 500 tons clamping capacity with shot sizes from 1oz to 32oz , Interplex is capable of supporting a wide range of injection molding needs.
In order to provide the most cost effective solutions, Interplex employs automation wherever possible, using both standard and servo-based robots for pick and place applications.
Interplex's Controlled Environment Molding Area (CEMA) is a secure facility strictly regulated for cleanliness and air quality. This facility is ideal for medical applications as well as other applications with similar requirements. Equipped with all electric Cincinnati Milicron Roboshot® presses, accuracy and cleanliness are strictly maintained.
