Interplex Singapore
Established in 1994, Interplex Singapore offers services as a custom manufacturer of precision metal stampings and continuous reel-to-reel electrolytic plating. In-house die design, production and tool maintenance allows the company to service its customers' needs completely. Interplex Singapore also offers insert molding services through an associate company with manufacturing locations in Singapore, Batam (Indonesia) and Malaysia. Specializing in complex, light gauge, tight tolerance parts, with material thickness ranging from 0.080mm to 1.5mm.
Interplex Singapore is capable of running presses and dies up to 800 spm with 0.90mm progression pitch.
INTERPLEX SINGAPORE SUMMARY OF SERVICES:
- Prototypes: In-house design and manufacture of prototype tooling for stamped and plated components as well as low volume runs.
- Stamping: Die design, manufacture and run of high speed progressive dies for low to high volume.
- Plating: Continuous reel-to-reel electrolytic plating with overall as well as selective plating.
- Tape and Reel Packaging: In-house tape and reel packaging.
- Insert Molding: Interplex will work closely with its associate company to provide insert molding services, providing a total solution for customers requiring stamping, plating and insert molding.
