Interplex Soprec
Interplex Soprec founded in 1971 specializes in precision metal stamping and custom insert molding. Since its inception, Interplex Soprec has grown into a 50,000 square foot facility located just outside of Besancon, France.
The ISO14000 and ISO/TS 16949 registered company has extensive expertise in supporting the automotive component market as well other industries including communications, consumer, electronics, industrial and medical.
Interplex Soprec also has led in the formation of Interplex Hungary.
INTERPLEX SOPREC SUMMARY OF SERVICES:
- Prototypes: In-house design and manufacture of prototype tooling for stamped metal components as well as short run volumes.
- Tooling: In-house tooling capabilities include CNC Machine centre and Wire EDM techniques to produce carbide and steel tooling designed to meet exacting specifications.
- Stamping: Design, manufacture and run progressive dies for mid to high-volume applications. Press sizes range from 15 tons to 160 tons. Interplex Soprec also performs deep draw.
- Insert Molding: Overmoulding of plastic onto stamped components utilizing 5 automatic lines ranging from 27 tons to 80 tons.
- Welding: Using three automatic welding lines, Interplex Soprec can add precious metal contacts on stamped parts
