Utilizing fully-automated, computer-controlled electronic and hydraulic injection molding presses ranging from 22 tons to 500 tons clamping capacity with shot sizes from 1oz to 32oz , Interplex is capable of supporting a wide range of injection molding needs.
In order to provide the most cost effective injection molding solutions, Interplex employs automation wherever possible, using both standard and servo-based robots for pick and place applications.
Interplex's Controlled Environment Molding Area (CEMA) is a secure facility strictly regulated for cleanliness and air quality. This facility is ideal for the plastic injection molding of medical applications as well as other applications with similar requirements. Equipped with all electric Cincinnati Milacron Roboshot® presses, accuracy and cleanliness are strictly maintained.
