INTERPLEX Mexico achieved ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2000 registrations on November 2003, and ISO 13485:2003 on July 2007.
Our systems are based upon electronic, electrical, automotive and medical requirements. We are well versed on standards and procedures including, but not limited:
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Control plans and SPC
- Customer's Quality Specific Requierements.
Functional testing, including the use of fixturing to simulate actual field requirements, are designed and included into our quality plans.
INTERPLEX Mexico maintains full product traceability from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished product.
