INTERPLEX Mexico has created a variety of products for different industries and applications. We have more than ten presses ranging in size from 15 to 165 tons and from 50 to 900 strokes per minute (SPM). We have a full complement of related equipment such as high-speed material handling and reel-to-reel aqueous cleaning equipment.
Connectors
 | Our experience includes the creation of tooling and the stamping of product for industry leaders. We have created connectors and assemblies for many applications in the electronic, automotive and maritime industries. |
Switches
 | We are experienced with fixed or movable contact designs. Most of our products are created using copper alloys, including precious metal inlays, edgelays or overlays as required. |
Contacts
 | We manufacture contacts for a variety of purposes, including battery contacts for pagers, cell phones and other mobile devices. |
Brackets
 | INTERPLEX Mexico manufactures a wide variety of metal stampings for mechanical and electronic applications (inside printers, computers, cell phones, etc.). |
Shielding
 | Shields are used to suppress EMI/RFI in communication devices. Special tooling concepts developed by INTERPLEX Mexico reduce tooling cycle time and cost. We are also equipped with automated in-house packaging systems that enables us to offer tape and reel packaging at competitive rates. |
Lead Frames
 | INTERPLEX Mexico has the ability to produce lead frames using a variety of base metals. Reel-to-reel selective plating enables us to be cost competitive. Family tooling designs allow for different part designs in one tool, resulting in reduced tooling cycle time and cost. |
Multipurpose
 | Contacts for applications such as potentiometers with engineered alloys are designed and produced to exceed the most severe requirements. |
