Interplex Microtech, formerly CIV, joined Interplex Industries, Inc. in January 2008. Located in the village of Vorey, along the Loire Valley in France, the company specializes in reel-to-reel electroplating and flexible circuits for smart cards applications.

Microtech's packaging capability include single or double sided circuitry designs along with plated through hole capabilities. The company is vertically integrated in design and layout, imaging, etching, plating and can offer low cost and quick turn prototypes.
