INTERPLEX NAS has the ability to produce high quality insert molded parts in production volumes from low to high. As in our injection molding operations, all tooling is designed and built in-house, using the latest CAD/CAM and EDM technologies. This results in products which are manufactured to the customer's specifications and to the highest international quality standards, but at the lowest possible cost.

Insert molded parts can be stamped and selectively gold plated on reels before passing through our continuous molding process, which overmolds plastic on the metal. The parts may be retained in tape and reel form for ease of assembly into the customer's end product.
