All of our multi stage progression tools are designed and manufactured in house using the latest CAD and CAM packages, Pro-Engineer Wildfire, Solid Works and ParaCAD, for design and MasterCAM and Concerto software for programming our CNC milling machines, Wire EDM and Plunge EDM equipment.

From these we manufacture top quality, highly complex stamped components to customer’s drawings and specifications.

Our comprehensive press shop is equipped with 30 presses ranging from 20 to 150 Tonne and capable of speeds from 30 to 2000 strokes per minute, producing hundreds of millions of components per annum – from miniature IC clips to much larger parts for the automotive industry.
