QUALITY ASSURANCE Interplex Sunbelt achieved ISO 9002 registration in November 1996. Our systems are well versed in automotive requirements and standards such as PPAP submissions FMEAs, control plans and flow charting. Data analysis based on SPC including such tools as control charts, Cp and Cpk measurements are utilized throughout the production process. Functional testing including the use of fixturing to simulate actual field requirements are designed into our quality plans. Interplex Sunbelt maintains full product traceability from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished contacts or assemblies.

ENGINEERING Interplex Sunbelt employs the latest technologies including CAD/CAM and wire EDM to satisfy the most stringent demands from our customers. These technologies and our skills enable us to design tooling for high reliability and long life. Each product is reviewed with the customer for choice of raw materials and specific functional requirements to ensure that the most competitive approach is being used.
