Our systems are well versed in automotive requirements and standards such as PPAP submissions FMEAs, control plans and flow charting. Data analysis based on SPC including such tools as control charts, Cp and Cpk measurements are utilized throughout the production process. Functional testing including the use of fixturing to simulate actual field requirements are designed into our quality plans. Interplex Sunbelt maintains full product traceability from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished contacts or assemblies.
